Training Update - Week 0 / 26

Ok, Christmas out of the way. Turned into the usual sloth.
For that reason I'm starting the training schedule again. Makes more sense starting with the New Year. There's 26 weeks (Wed-Tue) to go. Each week I'll post a summary of:
Total Distance - for Week and Year
Longest Ride - from the previous week
Weight - starting at 101.6kg, aiming for 90kg
Power - starting at 301W, aiming for 340W
