First sportive of the year. The 'HELL' of Ashdown Forest. Great weather added to an excellent route. Hurt a lot towards the end, but a very hilly course. Official time: 5h18

Weight Aims

To get over the mountains (within the time limit) lowering weight is a priority. I'm starting from 101.6kg and will set the aim at 90kg. At 1.85m (6"1') this will take my BMI down to 26.3

Ok, Christmas out of the way. Turned into the usual sloth.
For that reason I'm starting the training schedule again. Makes more sense starting with the New Year. There's 26 weeks (Wed-Tue) to go. Each week I'll post a summary of:
